The winner of the Wheat Festival button contest is a Caldwell High School student.


Caldwell High School Freshman Kami Nimitz is the winner of the 109th Wheat Festival Button design contest. Nimitz’s design, will be featured on t-shirts, buttons, banners and billboards. Presenting the 15 year-old a plaque with her winning design and $50 in Wellington bucks was Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce Director Jill Clark, center, and Caldwell High School Art Teacher Arlene Wilson.
