Wellington girls face Sterling Saturday night

The game on Friday was a bit closer than the one on Thursday, but the Lady-Crusaders came away with another win. Wellington defeated the Kingman Lady-Eagles 36-24.
Head Coach, Kevin Hackerott said his team started slow, but defensively were strong throughout the game.
"Offense is still behind right now, but defense and low turnovers are helping us win," Hackerott said. "Savannah played another really good game, with solid help off the bench in Caitie Williams."
The coach is hoping his team plays stronger in the championship match against Sterling tonight (Dec. 8) at 6:10 p.m. in Kingman.
