Peggy L. Williams, of Wellington, Kansas, died Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Kansas at the age of 84. She was a retired Certified Medical Aide.

Peggy was born the daughter of J. Oscar and Minnie (Montgomery) Billingsley on Thursday, November 15, 1928 in Elgin, Kansas.

On July 22, 1947, Peggy and George L. Williams were united in marriage in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Together they celebrated 63 years of marriage before his death in 2010.

Survivors include her daughter, Harriet Hull and her husband Curtis of Wellington, Kansas, grandchildren: Sandy Smith and her husband Donnie of Arkansas City, Kansas, Cindy Round and her husband John of Conway Springs, Kansas, great-grandchildren: Seth Johnson of Derby, Kansas, Aaron Johnson and his wife Eden of Oxford, Kansas, Zach Johnson of Emporia, Kansas, Josh Smith and his fiancé Alexis Stark of Arkansas City, Kansas, Katie Smith of Arkansas City, Kansas, Sadie Geraci of Winfield, Kansas, Christian "CJ" Round of Conway Springs, Kansas, a great-great-granddaughter, Ahren Smith, a sister, Maxine Mullins of Naples, Florida along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, George Williams, great-granddaughter, Angelica Jeanne Smith and her siblings J.O., Hilda, Martha and two young sisters.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 11, 2013 with family present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Funeral services for Peggy will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 12, 2013 in the Church of Christ, 217 West 13th Street, Wellington, Kansas.

Interment will follow at the Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Wellington, Kansas.
