On February 12, 2013, at approximately 1038 hours a male white, 45-55 years of age, 5'8, 145 to 150 lbs., wearing a gray cap, dark sunglasses, reddish turtleneck, an orange sleeveless vest (possible reversible) with a gray sweat shirt underneath enters the Carson Bank in downtown Mulvane, and quietly walks up to the teller and whispers a robbery. Subject displayed no weapon, passes a note which he retrieves, demanding a specific amount of money in specific denominations. Subject fled on foot and was seen leaving the scene in a vehicle he parked a block away. The vehicle described by witnesses was an 1980's Chevy S 10 pickup truck, extended cab, long bed, stock wheels, faded paint with red/white/red stripes along the side of the vehicle.
