Information from Sumner County Emergency Management.

A chance of strong to possibly severe storms returns to the area on Saturday afternoon and Saturday evening. The greatest threat of severe storms appears to be along and east of the Kansas Turnpike. Large hail up to quarter size and damaging winds to 60 mph are the main threats.

Much colder air looks to move into the area Sunday night into Monday. A mix of rain and light snow is also possible for Monday afternoon.
