The Mackville boys and girls track teams each took home a third place finish at Minneola's Invitational Track Meet last Thursday with the girls gathering in 57 points while the boys raked in 83 points.

Macksville's Tanner Tranbarger  took first in the boys 110 and 300 Meter Hurdles while the Penner's and Pavlu's took home several first's - Henry Penner getting his in the 1600 and 3200 Meter runs while Lisa Penner took home a first in the 1600 Meter - Kenzi Pavlu nailed firsts in the Discus throw and Shot Put while Kolton Pavlu took first in the Discus throw

Other Stangs placing were: Tranbarger-second in the high jump, Peter Penner-third in the 1600 Meter and second in the 800 Meter, Lisa Penner-second in the 800 Meter and second in the 3200 Meter, Clayton Wood-third in the Shot Put, Gilda Lopez-fifth in the 400 Meter and sixth in the 800 Meter, Kiley Freeman-fourth in the 300 Meter and sixth in the Javelin Throw, Bri Evans-sixth in the Long Jump, Isaac Seibert-fourth in the Pole Vault, Kolton Pavlu-fifth in the shot Put.

Girls team rankings: Kiowa County 181, Ashland 72, Macksville 57, South Central 57, Minneola 51, Fowler 41, Spearville 39, Bucklin 35, Ingalls 6.

Boys team rankings: Kiowa County 118, South Central 94, Macksville 83, Fowler 80, Bucklin 64, Spearville 50, Ingalls 32, Minneola 24, Ashland 6.
