GROVE, Okla. ­– The Delaware County (Oklahoma) Sheriff's Office is seeking information on Carolinn Altaffer, eight-month-old, who was taken by her parents and is in need of immediate medical attention, according to an Amber Alert report.

Authorities believe they could beheaded to Kansas in a tan, Chevrolet pick-up truck, with Oklahoma license plate 474HLD. The toddler was allegedly taken by China and Ronald Altaffer, 22 and 23-years old.

Anyone who may have information about this case is urged to contact the Delaware County Sheriff's Office at 918-253-4531.

UPDATE: The baby was reportedly left at an Oklahoma hospital by an unknown person or persons. Authorites are still searching for the parents and the tan truck.
