Wellington's Logan Woodbridge was the medalist at the Collegiate Golf Tournament at Cherry Oaks last week.
He shot a 74 which was one shot better than Augusta's Kesten Trebbe and two better than Alan Joyal of Valley Center.
Woodbridge opened with a 38 on the front nine and finished with a solid 36 on the back nine to get the win.
No other Crusader placed in the top 15 although Nick Becker and Brian Peck each finished with solid scores of 82. Chance Russell shot a 92 and Graysen DeJarnett shot an 89. Matt Hughes shot a 107.
Kapaun Mount Carmel won the team title in a tie-breaker over collegiate. Kansas City Piper came in third, just in front of Wellington. Buhler came in fifth and Tonganoxie, Hesston, Andover, August and Valley Center rounded out the top ten.
