The Dore, in Wellington, is on a mission to help Moore, Okla. this Saturday.
A Wellington business is stepping up to help out Oklahoma tornado victims, The Dore Bar and Grill, 114 N. Washington, is planning a fundraiser for Saturday, June 1.
"The bartenders are going to donated 50 percent of the tips they make all day long," said The Dore's owner, Kip Etter. "The Dore is also going to donate 10 percent of it's total sales for the entire day."
To go along with the tip and sales percentages, The Dore is also going to have raffle drawings on Saturday, with proceeds going to tornado victims. Some of the raffle items include beer signs, celebrity cardboard cut outs, hats, shirts and more.
The fundraiser is taking place all day, from 11 a.m. when The Dore opens, to closing time at 2 a.m. The kitchen will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"If anybody wants to drop off water bottles, diapers, canned food, anything like that, they're more than welcome to drop it off between now and Saturday," Etter said.
