SOUTH HAVEN, Kan. – Ralph L. Fox, of South Haven, Kansas died Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at his home at the age of 70.
Ralph was born the son of Roy B. and Mary (Warne) Fox on Friday, March 19, 1943 in Wellington, Kansas. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era. Ralph was a longtime farm equipment mechanic. He worked at Humphrey's Equipment in Kiowa, Kansas, Massey Melton in Caldwell, Kansas and Andale Equipment in Andale, Kansas.
On October 19, 2002, Ralph and Vi Ann Groeneveld were united in marriage in Wichita, Kansas. Together they celebrated 10 years of marriage.
Survivors include his wife, Vi Ann Fox of South Haven, Kansas, son, US Army SSGT Robert Kilpatrick of Ft. Irwin, California, son, US Army Spec. Lester Fox of Ft. Bliss, Texas, daughter, Kindra Culp and her husband Jackie of South Haven, Kansas, several grandchildren, brother, Wayne Fox and his wife Jerri of Enid, Oklahoma, brother, David Fox and his wife Patti of Wellington, Kansas and a large extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be held at the Day Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, June 30, 2013 with family present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral services for Ralph will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 1, 2013 in the South Haven United Methodist Church, 314 Main Street, South Haven, Kansas.
Interment will follow at the Rose Hill Cemetery, South Haven, Kansas.
