Charges against Bryant Seba will be filed through the Kansas Attorney General's office concerning a shooting incident late Wednesday night in Pratt.
Exactly what those charges will be and when they will be filed was unknown at press time.
Seba was arrested late Wednesday night following a shooting incident in the 100 block of North Ninnescah in Pratt that claimed the life of a pregnant 22-year-old Alexandria Duran.
Brandon Wright was also shot and was transported to a Wichita hospital in critical condition. His brother, Zachary Wright, told KWCH 12 Eyewitness News Brandon had been shot in the back four times.
Seba, 21, was booked into the Pratt County Jail at 11:12 p.m. Wednesday on suspicion of second-degree murder and aggravated battery. Bond has not been set, according to the Pratt County Sheriff's Office website.
A portion of the 100 block of North Ninnescah was barricaded Thursday while Kansas Bureau of Investigation and Pratt Police Department searched for clues. The street is now open to traffic.
About 100 people attended a memorial ceremony for Duran Thursday night at Pratt County Veterans Memorial Lake. An obituary for Duran is on page 12 in Saturday's Tribune.
The police said they would provide more information in a press release on Saturday.
Information will be posted on the Tribune's website as available.
