A college student who was left in a jail cell for five days by the Drug Enforcement Administration received $4.1 million in a lawsuit. Daniel Chong, 25, was put in a holding cell during a drug raid and left there without food or water. He had to drink his own urine to survive and was severely dehydrated when he was found. Chong said he was visiting a friend during the raid and was never arrested or charged with any crimes.
The Dow Jones opened at 15,520.59, finishing down 1.38 points Tuesday.
