With 50 years of recording history under his belt Paul McCartney could easily rest on his laurels but luckily for his fans he continues into his 6th decade with a CD aptly titled "NEW."

It's been 6 years since his last all studio affair and on "NEW" McCartney proves that age is not about to slow him down.  For this collection of songs McCartney has chosen to work with some of the hottest producers in the business such as Mark Ronson, Ethan Johns, Paul Epworth and Giles Martin, son of legendary Beatles producer George Martin.

"NEW" starts off with 6 songs that are so strong that if this were a vinyl LP you might never flip the disc to side 2 but please do because every track on this album deserves to be heard.

After 23 post Beatles albums it is hard to believe that Sir Paul still has this much gas left in his tank but I for one am happy to keep driving with McCartney until he decides it's time to park his musical car in the garage.

Drumroll please…

10 out of 10 drumsticks!!!
