Bruce may be laying (somewhat) low as he prepares for the release of “High Hopes” next month, but that doesn’t mean his sidemen are resting on their laurels. In particular, Stevie Van Zandt (it’s his world, we just live in it) has been ubiquitous, even for him — between Season 2 of “Lilyhammer,” debuting Friday on Netflix, and the passing of Nelson Mandela sparking renewed interest in his all-star protest song “Sun City,” Stevie has been in high demand. And the other E Streeters haven’t been idle either.

  • Santa and Bruce (not necessarily in that order) were special guests at the Kristen Ann Carr Fund holiday party at SONY Wonder.
