   Margaret Ann Gough, of Argonia, Kansas, passed on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Via Christi-St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 71.
   Margaret was born the daughter of Lorain Thomas and Ruth Ann (Chronister) Allison on Wednesday, February 10, 1943 in Henryetta, Oklahoma. Her parents precede her in death.
   On August 24, 1962, Margaret and John G. Gough were united in marriage in Schulter, Oklahoma. Together they celebrated 51 years of marriage.
   Many will remember Mrs. Gough from her over thirty years spent as the grade school secretary in Argonia, Kansas.
   Survivors include her husband, John Gough of Argonia, Kansas; daughter, Diana Gerdau of Argonia, Kansas; daughter, Jill Bowers (Bill) of Nowata, Oklahoma, grandchildren: Zachary Dry of Wichita, Kansas, Gabrielle Gerdau (Desiree Nellis) of Arkansas City, Kansas, Allison Dawson of Wellington, Kansas, three great-grandchildren: Evan Dawson, Benjamin Spangler and Gavin Nellis, an aunt, Thelma Smith of Hays, Kansas and three cousins: Barbara Eads of Dumas, Texas, Diane Simpson of Pflugerville, Texas and Allen Chronister of Skellytown, Texas.
   Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 9, 2014 with family present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
   Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, April 10, 2014 at St. Anthony / St. Rose Catholic Church, Wellington, Kansas. Funeral Mass will immediately follow, beginning at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 10, 2014.
   Graveside service will begin at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, April 10, 2014 in the Okmulgee Cemetery, Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
   A memorial has been established in her name and loving memory with the Sumner County Home Health Agency, 217 West 8th, Wellington, Kansas 67152. Contributions can be mailed or left with the funeral home.
