To add a little variety to our days, forecasters are trying to bring us a little stormy activity, but it’s proving difficult to lure it down here from Central Kansas.
The next week will provide multiple chances for thunderstorm development in in our state, but the bulk of the activity is expected to start in western Kansas and drift across Central Kansas. Saturday night through mid-next-week is currently targeted to be the most active spell, with some severe weather even possible.
At the moment, it appears that we may take a glancing blow from choppy weather on Saturday night into Sunday morning… if it makes it down this far. Something to keep an eye on as we approach the weekend….
