About a month ago, I discovered a screw in my tire. It was on a Saturday, at 12:02. I hurried to call some places I knew fixed tires, but one place didn't answer and the other place said they had just closed. I went through the yellow pages and called Federal Tire Corporation. While I waited for someone to answer, I noticed in their ad that they too closed at noon. I didn't hold out much hope to get my tire fixed before Monday.
The lady who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. She said they were still there and if I could bring it right down they'd see if they could fix it. So we took it down and they were able to get to it and fix it in about 20 minutes.
We so appreciated this exceptional service. They went above and beyond on a 100+ degree Saturday afternoon. Thank you to Federal Tire Corporation.
