The Student Services Department at Cowley College has awarded scholarships to the following students.
From Arkansas City Christian Academy:
Corinne Brewer, daughter of Jason and Keela Brewer, is the recipient of a Trustee Academic Scholarship. At ACCA, she participated in basketball, volleyball, and dance. She received High Honors (4.0 GPA) and plans to major in liberal arts/mortuary science.
From Argonia High School:
Kaylee Schulte, daughter of Rick and Tammy Schulte, is the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship. At Argonia, she was involved in KAY Club, Math Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), choir, Argonaires, basketball, track, and the National Honor Society. She received Silver and Gold Work Ethic awards and plans to major in business management.
From Arkansas City High School:
Zachary Bain, son of Tim Bain, is the recipient of a Social Science Department Scholarship. At ACHS, he was a member of the National Honor Society. He plans to major in history.
Sierra Burr, daughter of Jeffery Burr and Tara Dickey, is the recipient of a Tiger Stripes Scholarship. At ACHS, she was involved in Student Council, the spring play, the fall musical, school newspaper, Forensics, and AC Players. She plans to major in social work.
Hayes Cannon, son of Jon and Janet Cannon, is the recipient of an Instrumental Music Scholarship. At ACHS, he was involved in band and jazz band. He plans to major in liberal arts.

Livian Eaton, daughter of Curtis and Miyuki Eaton, is the recipient of a Pageant Scholarship. At ACHS, she participated in Student Council, Usherettes, Soroptimist Girl, tennis, yearbook, and the National Honor Society. She was a member of the honor roll and plans to major in pre-nursing.
Payton Foust, daughter of Jason Foust and Nanci Richardson, is the recipient of a Danceline Scholarship. At ACHS, she was involved in Student Council, track, and the danceline. She plans to major in pre-law.
Cody Gashler, son of Beth Williams, is the recipient of a Dean’s Academic Scholarship. At ACHS, he participated in track. He plans to major in milling.
Jacob Giger, son of Jake and Amanda Giger, is the recipient of a Choir Scholarship. At ACHS, he was involved in choir, band, plays, musicals, tech, Drama Club, one-acts, jazz band, cross country, and track. He received several awards for his work on school plays and plans to major in theatre/education.
Cade Gonzales, son of Angelo and Stephanie Gonzales, is the recipient of a Tiger Academic Scholarship. At ACHS, he participated in baseball and the Arklight. He plans to major in pre-engineering.

Madison McChristian, daughter of Troy McChristian and Wendy Ross, is the recipient of a Tiger Academic Scholarship. At ACHS, she participated in tennis. She plans to major in elementary education.
Vanessa Mendoza, daughter of Baldemar Reyes and Maria Mendoza, is the recipient of a Tiger Stripes Scholarship. At ACHS, she participated in orchestra, student council, track team manager, and was an Ark City Outstanding Student nominee. Gracie Musson, daughter of Justin Musson and Brynn Graham, is the recipient of a Work Ethics Scholarship. At ACHS, she participated in volleyball, softball, KAY Club, the National Honor Society, and 4-H. She is a Kansas Honor Scholar and graduated in the top-10 percent of her senior class. She plans to major in pre-dentistry.
Jenna Niles, daughter of Dr. Nathan and Amy Niles, is the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship. At ACHS, she participated in volleyball and also was a full-time student at Cowley. She plans to major in communications.
Hunter O’Toole, son of Jason and Shannon O’Toole, is the recipient of a Tiger Academic Scholarship. AT ACHS, he participated in baseball, basketball, football, Kids Impacting Cowley County, Skills USA, Arklight, and the National Honor Society. He received several baseball awards and helped the Bulldogs to the Class 4A state title. He was an Arkansas City Wendy’s High School All-American Scholarship nominee and plans to major in pre-engineering.
Justin Phillips, son of Mark and Naomi Phillips, is the recipient of an ACT Academic Scholarship. At ACHS, he participated in track and field, soccer, band, jazz band, Debate, and the National Honor Society. He plans to major in general studies.
Haleigh Pool, daughter of Raymond Pool Jr., is the recipient of a Presidential Scholarship. At ACHS, she participated in volleyball, basketball, track, Work Ethics, and the National Honor Society. She plans to major in pre-veterinary medicine.

Brittany Rosenberg, daughter of Jeremy and Dusty Rice, is the recipient of a Choir Scholarship. At ACHS, she was involved in choir, musicals, and plays. She plans to major in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.
Savannah Rowe, daughter of Randy and Cindi Rowe, is the recipient of a Cheerleading Scholarship. At ACHS, she is involved in track, basketball, and was the volleyball team manager. She plans to major in social work.

Hadley Botts, daughter of Randy and Kassa Botts, is the recipient of a Cheerleading Scholarship.
