St. Joseph Conway Spring Catholic school has been awarded the St. Thomas Aquinas Achievement Award from the Catholic Diocese of Wichita for the school’s overall outstanding performance on the Kansas State Assessment Test last spring.  Student scores were exceptional in the math, language arts, and science categories.  In addition, the students of St. Joseph performed in the superior range on the Diocesan Religion Assessment.   The St. Thomas Aquinas Achievement Award as sponsored by the Diocese of Wichita is very difficult to earn because the overall scores must be outstanding in all four testing categories.

On Thursday, August 29, Mrs. Janet Eaton, Superintendent of the Catholic Diocese of Wichita presented the award to the student body, giving special recognition to the classroom teachers and principal for their dedicated effort to support the high student achievement.
