Global Gaming Solutions, LLC, the company vying for the bid to put a destination resort casino at Exit 19, in Wellington is seeking public input for the naming of the facility.
Wellington Chamber Director Shelley Hansel-Williams says the company wants the community to offer suggestions via the Chamber office either by dropping off their ideas in writing or via e-mail at shansel@sutv.com.
Turn your suggestions in to the Wellington Area Chamber of Commerce by noon, Monday, Aug. 9th.
     Guidelines are:
Name should have relevance to Kansas and South Central Kansas.
Name must be commercially marketable, and not currently trademarked or used by another business within the region
Global Gaming reserves the right to use another name on its property if the suggestions don’t meet the criteria for selection.

The Management Team for Global Gaming Solutions will also hold a public reception on Tuesday, Aug. 10, at the public meeting room in the basement of the Wellington Library from 4 to 6 p.m. Stop by and meet the team that wants to put a destination resort casino at Exit 19, Wellington.
