United Country Real Estate, headquartered in Kansas City, Mo., announced last week that United Country–Theurer Auction/Realty of Wellington, was ranked No. 4 in the nation among United Country’s more than 700 offices for the first half of 2008.
    Owned by Larry Theurer, the Wellington franchise also was No. 2 in the company’s central division.
