Richard L. "Dick" LeMaster, of Wellington, Kansas, died Friday, June 23, 2017 at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Wellington, Kansas at the age of 91.

Dick was born the son of Everett and Alice (Wright) LeMaster on Sunday, November 8, 1925 in Portsmouth, Ohio.

On March 25, 1949, he and Norma J. Tomlins were united in marriage in Derby, Colorado. Together they celebrated 67 years of marriage before her death in 2016. Dick and Norma were blessed with four sons and their families. He was the General Manager of GEC-Welco and retired in 1993 after a nearly 40 year career. Outside of the office, Dick held memberships in many organizations: Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Shriners, Royal Order of Jesters and the Order of Elks Lodge to name a few. His free time was spent enjoying his family and their many activities along with golfing, traveling and spending winters in Phoenix with his wife and family.

Survivors include his sons: Richard "Rick" (Libby) of Wellington, Brad of Wellington, Gregg (Heather) of Springdale, AR, Larry (Christie) of Wichita, grandchildren: Rich, III (Ashley) of Oklahoma City, OK, Jeremy (Jackie) of Wichita, Rachel Spahn (Aaron) of Farmington, AR, Grant (Meagan) of Corpus Christi, TX, Brett of Kansas City, MO, Grace of Wichita and Lindy of Wichita, great-grandchildren: Miles and Eli LeMaster, Austin and Jack Hall and Parker Spahn.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, brothers: Jim, Don, Roger, Bob and Frank LeMaster and sister, Joyce Kammerzell.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 27, 2017 with the family present from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The family will also receive friends at First Presbyterian Church at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, June 28, 2017 with the funeral following at 10:30 a.m.

Interment will follow at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Wellington, Kansas.

A memorial fund has been established in his loving memory to the First Presbyterian Church of Wellington. Contributions may be mailed or left with the funeral home.
