Jerry Darlene Wiley, 84, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017 in Midway, Ga., where she had resided since 1984.

Jerry was born June 21, 1933 to Claude and Betty (Berry) Rice in Wellington.

She was a graduate of Wellington High School class of 1951.

Jerry was a veteran of the United States Navy having, served during the Korean War. She was a member of the America Legion Post 168 and a member of the Midway United Methodist Church.

She is proceeded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee Wiley, and her parents.

She is survived by her sons Michael (Tori) Wiley St. Petersburg, Fla., Robert (Lynnn Trussell) Wiley of Waycross and Hinesville, Ga., Sisters Roberta (Robert) Richardson, Seattle, Wash., and Linda Rice Zamora of Santa Clara, Calif.: Granddaughters Chelsi Wiley (Patrick) Walsh and Kristel Trussell: three great-grandchildren, Levi Walsh, Avery Walsh and Callie Walsh.

Her Memorial Service was on Sept. 23. Burial was in the Midway Methodist Church Cemetery.

Military honors were rendered.
