Hazel B. Phillips, 73, of Wellington, died June 5, 2008 in Wellington.
    She was born on April 11, 1935 in Peru, Iowa.
    Services were held at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, June 10, 2008 at First Southern Baptist Church in Wellington.
    Pastor Phillip Wylie was officiant.
    Soloists were Nancy Colwell and Phillip and Amy Wylie.
    Pianist was Betty Pattrick.
    Ushers were John Pattrick and Donnie Harris.
    Casket Bearers were Ryan Hain, J.R. Phillips, Charlie Jesseph, Rick Martin, Andrew Martin and Michael Martin.
    Graveside services were held at Belle Plaine Cemetery in Belle Plaine.
    A memorial fund has been established with the First Southern Baptist Church.
    Frank Funeral Home in Wellington was entrusted with the arrangements.
