William M. “Bill” Brown, 71, of Wellington, died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008 at the Golden Living Center in Wellington.
    Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2008 at the Sumner Memorial Gardens in Wellington with Pastor Dan Floyd officiating.
    Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. at the Hawks-Shelley Funeral Home and Crematory of Wellington.
    Survivors include: son Chris Brown and wife Annie of Wellington; daughter Michelle Teague and husband Danny of Wellington; sisters Pat Buntmyer and husband Bob of Missouri, Janice McGee and husband Ron of New Mexico, Georgie Lawrence and husband David of Wichita; and grandchildren Jessie Brown, Jamie Brown, Josie Brown, Nikki Brown, Onyx Teague, Kaysee Teague and Orian Teague.
    Preceding him in death were his parents, his wife Barbara Brown and brothers Charlie and Harold Brown.
    A memorial has been established for the benefit of the Brown family. Contributions can be left at the funeral home.
