Staff from Agora Architecture recently completed the as-built scans of the building that will house the new public restrooms at 119 North Washington in downtown Wellington.
Computer files that generate 3-D renderings like this one as well as detailed measurements have been provided to the students at George Fox University for their team-building design class, which selected Heritage Plaza as their
2023 project.
This 3-D modeling technology allows the students to create elements and designs that scale appropriately, from
1,700 miles away. Students can visually “walk through” the space and determine the placement of fixtures or how people will circulate through the building.
