Charlie came to the shelter as a kitten from the streets. He was lucky enough to be loved on and cared for until there was room for him to get his second chance at our shelter. He is now 8 months old and a very handsome young fellow! He is currently hanging out in one of the cat colonies enjoying life. He is a mellow guy who would make a wonderful companion! Stop in this week to meet Charlie! We are open Wednesday through Friday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. If you are interested in adoption please fill out the online application before you come in to speed up the adoption process. We go in order of application received, so the sooner you get in your application, the better! Don’t forget, Charlie’s adoption fee is $10 off during his special week!

Since 1901, the tradition of children communicating with Santa through the pages of the Wellington Daily News has been a cherished part of our community. In keeping with this festive ritual, we’re delighted to continue supporting this heartwarming tradition.
