Bringing Joy to Furry Friends

In a heartwarming initiative, the leadership team at Wellington Middle School organized a fundraiser to support the Humane Society. Last week, the team not only shopped for essential items but also personally delivered them to the shelter. Their visit included quality time spent playing with the dogs and cats awaiting adoption, and they wrapped up their meaningful excursion with lunch at Big Cheese.

Holiday Concert Delights with Tunes and Talent

The WHS auditorium stage came alive with bright colors, whimsical costumes, and unforgettable melodies, setting the perfect holiday mood for everyone in attendance. The opening act featured the 6th Grade Choir enchanting the audience with “Do You Hear What I Hear,” followed by a lively rendition of “Sleigh Ride” by the talented Breegan Bevan.

Letters to Santa

Dear Santa, The wonderful staff and volunteers who help take care of us will tell you that we all have been exceptionally good this year! We are excited for Christmas and hope you’ll remember us! Of course, we would all love a home for Christmas, but if you can’t make that happen there are a few items we could really use at the shelter: A new washer and dryer Cash donations for our Science Diet Food Bill (We like to eat a lot!) A big photocopier Agility equipment for our play yard Gift Cards from Walmart or Tractor Supply We’ll leave out milk, cookies, and carrots for you and the reindeer.
