What’s for dinner?

Ingredients: Flank steak - any size, adjust the amount of marinade made to the steak Marinade: 2/3 cup soy sauce (I use low sodium) 1/3 cup lime juice 2-3 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic 2 tablespoons of sesame oil Stir all the marinade ingredients in a bowl or measuring cup. Pour enough marinade to cover the bottom of a glass baking pan.

Outdoor Pickleball Courts Are Ready!

At the Kueneke Tennis Courts, located just south of Eisenhower Elementary School, two new pickleball courts have been added for the community to enjoy. Wellington Recreation Commission (WRC) Superintendent Cody White, along with volunteers Sue Denny, Jared Brown, and Betty Zeka, painted the lines for the courts last Thursday.
