The Wellington Chamber of Commerce/CVB welcomed the public to an informative and fun Business After Hours event at the Chisholm Trail Museum last Thursday evening. From 5 – 7pm, the Museum hosted 45 guests for refreshments and gave tours of the new updates and exhibits.
Many cats are scared and timid when they first arrive and Eskimo Pie was no exception. It took a little longer for him to open up, but he has become a very sweet boy! He spent time in the cat colony and several ladies helped teach him that people are there to love on him.

The community room at Raymond Frye has been buzzing with new young sewists. Glennis Zimmerman and Cindy Blunk teamed up to teach a beginning sewing class for kids ages 7 - Teen.
Art has always been a part of Jeffrey Maxwell’s life, although he never predicted he would be drawing famous South American human rights activists or actresses from his home in Wellington. Maxwell was born in Colorado but connects more with southern Kansas and northern Oklahoma, where he attended 12 different schools growing up.
