Within the City of Wellington, the Planning & Zoning and Building & Codes departments fall under the Planning Department’s jurisdiction. As such, our department frequently receives calls from the community regarding issues with code compliance.
Workers from Beck Roofing installed new roofs on two Sumer County buildings last week;the Raymond Frye Complex and the Sumner County Health Department. Construction materials were temporarily staged in the Raymond Frye parking lot as new insulation, gutters, trim and roofing assemblies were installed on each building.
