Pet of the Week

was originally adopted as a tiny puppy from a shelter. His family thought he was a small mix dog to fit into their situation. He has turned into a handsome guy, but larger than they anticipated. At 9 months old, he is more of a medium to large mix breed and weighs around 50 pounds. Terrance is a smart puppy. He is kennel trained, knows how to ring a bell on the door to go out, and loves to play! He is an all-around good boy! Stop in this week to meet all of the wonderful animals available on our February special. We are open Wednesday through Friday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.

Who’s Who of Community Speak At Career Day

This year’s Career Interview Day at Wellington High School featured a host of business professionals from a variety of fields eager to share information about their careers with students. Returning after a hiatus due to COVID, the Career Day sessions gave students the opportunity to engage with experts as they addressed the education requirements, skills, and experience necessary to enter their respective career fields.
