This year, Future’s Preschool, in conjunction with Kennedy Elementary, is providing preschool education for at-risk and special needs students, ages 3-4, at no cost. Additionally, this preschool opportunity will be extended to all students who meet the age criteria with no designated atrisk or special needs requirements.

As most have heard, Wellington native, John Nance is starting his first year as Principal at Wellington High School. With over 6 years as a science teacher, 12 years as a counselor and 5 years as an Assistant Principal, Nance is ready to give back to the same school that inspired him to start his career as an educator.

This big kitty weighs in at almost 14 pounds! We are not sure if Garfield loves lasagna, but we’re guessing he must. He’s a little shy when you first meet him, but then he turns on his motor and loves everyone. He is approximately 6-7 years old and would be an excellent companion or addition to your family.
Our sewing machine goto- repair guy, Dan Beltz, has been a sewing machine maintenance professional since 1968. He started working for Singer at multiple locations before opening up his own shop in 1982.
The Young Eagles Flights program is offering free flights for kids ages 8 - 17 during the Wellington Municipal Airport Open House on Saturday, September 10th, 2022. The Young Eagles program began in 1992 and is dedicated to giving youth their first free ride in an airplane.
