Fearless and Female: Self-Defense Class Empowers Wellington Women

Cindy Coughenour, founder of Fearless and Female, brought her practical self-defense class to the Wellington Public Library last Thursday, equipping women with basic yet effective techniques to stay safe in a variety of situations. Inspired by the loss of her best friend to violence, Coughenour has dedicated herself to teaching women critical safety skills.

His whole butt wiggles with happiness when you stop by his kennel! He is about 8 years old and weighs 68 pounds.
