A5 A2 City Manager Porter updated the Council on the property located at 418 South F Street. The property owner was given notice of his multiple violations and offered the opportunity to speak before the governing body or the Board of Zoning Appeals. This time has expired and the next step is to go to court. Staff is continuing to move forward with the process within the timelines established in the City Ordinance. Councilman Dodds expressed a public health concern as there is no running water or sewer services on the property.
