As promised, Wild Plains Wind, LLC, a subsidiary of NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, has completed optimization of its aircraft detection lighting system (ADLS), significantly reducing the number of continuously flashing red lights atop its wind turbines.

The event, hosted by the Sumner County Economic Development Commission (SCEDC), Cowley Community College, and the Workforce Alliance of South Central Kansas, aimed to strengthen partnerships and align workforce priorities to support economic growth in the region.
