Lineup Coming Together For Heat

The Wellington Heat started off week three of their season with an 8-1 loss against the Derby Twins at home. Despite the loss, Associate Head Coach Ryan Jenkins spoke positively about the game and thought the guys played better overall compared to how they played in week two.

Clay Target Team Competes At State

The Wellington High School Clay Target Team recently qualified and participated at the Kansas State High School Clay Target League 2023 State tournament. On June 17th, the local team traveled to the Kansas Trapshooting Association shooting facility in Sedgwick, KS to compete against 70 other schools and over 800 student athletes.
