Several local residents, including WDN reporter Ally Wysocki and her companion Nathan Allen, embarked on a journey to communities in the path of the solar eclipse totality. Their destination was Mountain Home, AR, where Nathan captured this stunning image using his telescope. The solar flares are visibly depicted as the Moon passes between the Earth and the Sun.
