Local artist, Jae Shamblin, won Best of Show in 3D for her ‘Dread of Deformity’ sculpture during the Kansas Art Education Association’s Kansas Youth Art Month (YAM) celebration. Her art piece was on display as part of the monthlong YAM Exhibit. She was also recognized during the YAM Celebration and Reception held for student artists, parents, and teachers on March 23rd, 2024 in Topeka. Photo submitted
