Mikkel and Harrison Ratliff celebrated Juneteenth National Independence Day with family and friends in Cowley County. The festivities included music, dancing, snow cones and games. June 19th, “Juneteenth”, became an official federal holiday in 2021 and honors the end to slavery in the United States.
