Kyler Glazier (born and raised in Wellington) plays on the 10U travel team for Wichita Jr. Thunder. He attends Wellington Christian Academy as a fifth grader. He’s a defenseman and currently has 12 goals and 12 assists, with a total of 24 points. He also currently has 6 MVP's.
Wichita Jr. Thunder 10U traveled to Omaha for the Midwest Select Hockey League Finals this weekend.
Jr. Thunder held the number one spot going into finals weekend. They continued their streak making the number one seed going into the semifinals Sunday morning. They played Omaha Nebraska in the semifinals and won 2-1 . The two teams to make it to the championship were Wichita Jr. Thunder and KC Jr. Mavs. Wichita Jr. Thunder won against the KC Mavs 4-3 taking 1st place in the Gold Division Championship and are the Midwest Select Hockey League Champs!!

Back on November 10, 2019 Wichita Jr. Thunder 10U won the Air Capital Showdown against Lincoln Stars 5-3. They also made it to the championship in the Big Bear Tournament in St. Louis, but fell to St. Peter’s Spirit 2-1. They will continue on to Dallas, TX to compete in the Top Shelf tournament February 15-17. Then will be in Omaha February 28-March 1 for the Stampede Tournament. They have qualified for MHL Travel League finals that will take place in Kansas City March 6-8, wrapping up the season.
