Travis A. Schneider, of Wellington, Kansas, passed away tragically on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the age of 34. He was born the son of Roger and Tobe (Standley) Schneider on Wednesday, September 18, 1985 in Wellington, Kansas. Travis was raised in Wellington and graduated from Wellington High School with the Class of 2004. He was a longtime manager at the local Taco Bell. Travis enjoyed staying close to home and loved any chance he could gather with his friends and family. More than anything, he loved being a father.

He is survived by his son, Hunter Schneider of Wellington, Kansas; mother, Tobe Schneider of Wellington, Kansas; father, Roger Schneider and his wife Debbie of Haysville, Kansas; brother, Jared Schneider and niece, Rose Schneider both of Everett, Washington; maternal grandmother, Barbara Standley of Wellington, Kansas and paternal grandmother, Glenys Schneider of Hutchinson, Kansas; step-sister, Stephanie Ohl and her husband Richard of Conway Springs, Kansas; step-sister, Stacie Nottingham and her husband Ryan of Rose Hill, Kansas; step-brother, Trey Jones and his wife Shanyn of Wellington, Kansas; numerous nieces and nephews and a large extended family.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Charles Standley and Alvin Schneider and his uncle, Tom Schneider.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2020. Please adhere to the current public gathering guidelines when attending. Facemasks and social distancing are requested.

A private, family funeral service will be held for Travis.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Schneider Memorial Fund. Contributions can be left with the funeral home or at Impact Bank.
