2:19 a.m. Officers responded to a Juvenile Problem in the 900 blk S. Washington Ave, city. 

3:38 a.m. Officers investigated a Burglary in the 100 blk N. A St, city.

7:30 a.m. Heather M. Jones, WF, 37, City, was arrested on a Cowley County Warrant.

7:44 a.m. Officers responded to a Disturbance in the 900 blk N. Woodlawn Ave, city.

10:25 a.m. William A. Spires, WM, 36, Winfield, was arrested and charged with Theft.

1:50 p.m. Officers took a Suspicious Activity Report in the 400 blk W. Harvey Ave, city.

3:10 p.m. Jason C. Dick, WM, 47, City, was arrested and charged with Driving While Revoked and Disobeyed Traffic Signal.

3:19 p.m. Non-Injury Accident involving vehicles driven by WF, 15, City, and Leroy A. Lake, WM, 65, City.

3:20 p.m. WF, 15, City, was issued a Notice to Appear for Failure to Yield.

3:42 p.m. Officers took a Misc. Report in the 400 blk S. F St, city.

5:00 p.m. Non-Injury Accident involving vehicles driven by Tony R. McClaflen, WM, 68, Milan and Tammy J. Hayden, WF, 55, City.

5:04 p.m. Tony R. McClaflen, WM, 68, Milan, was issued a Notice to Appear for Inattentive Driving.

6:40 p.m. Inadvertent Case pulled.
