In March, the Sumner County Health Department was invited to partner with the Kansas Department of Health and Environment on the Whole Healthy You (WHY) Adolescent Health Campaign.

The WHY campaign kicked off in April and was intentionally created with the active participation and partnership of Kansas youth.

The campaign's goal was to capture the attention of adolescents and young adults and direct them to the Youth Health Guide, an interactive PDF with trustworthy information and resources.

The topics in the guide were chosen based on feedback from over 180 adolescent focus group participants across Kansas.
