Annual Argonia Car Show and Street Race taking place in early October

Argonia's Car Show and Street Race event on Main Street

On the first weekend of October, people could see a car show, street races, local shopping, and lots of food choices. 

The City of Argonia is hosting its Annual Argonia Car Show & Street Race on Oct. 2 with the show beginning at 10 a.m. and the races starting at 1 p.m. on Argonia's Main Street. 

This is an all-ages event and it will be free to watch. Those who want to participate in the car show and races must register and check-in two hours prior to the start of the show. 

Each event will have a $20 entry fee for those who enter by Sept. 15, but if those who enter after Sept. 15, will have to pay a $30 entry fee for each event. 

The car show and street race event will have many food options, including Kona Ice, Face Stuffers, and Rammer Jammer Concessions BBQ.
