185 players across the United States were invited to play this week in Cary, North Carolina, at USA Baseball's 14U National Team Identification Series (NTIS).

One of the invitees was to Sky Branam.

Players from across the country will participate in selection events and tryouts on the regional level with the aim of ultimately being named to their All-Regional team.

Those regional teams will then compete in their respective age groups against the five other regions from across the country at the culminating NTIS Champions Cup event.

The Wellington freshman will check in on Wednesday and will have a skills test on Thursday. On Friday, they will have pool play action, then Saturday will be the Final Four and consolation games.
