A look at the 2021 All-Gannett Kansas high school volleyball teams

The Topeka Capital-Journal, Salina Journal and The Hutchinson News are proud to present the All-Gannett Kansas high school volleyball teams.

The three sports writers at the Gannett Kansas newspapers researched and put together a coverage-area type volleyball list.

This is how the teams were created and how the list was regulated:

  • Each other the players have to have been in one of the three newspapers' coverage areas or surrounding communities, or the reporter must have seen them play at least once
  • Writers researched and recognized players based on their achievements, statistics and area and state awards

First, here are the state champions from each class:

  • Class 6A: Blue Valley North
  • Class 5A: Lansing
  • Class 4A: Andale
  • Class 3A: Heritage Christian
  • Class 2A: Smith Center
  • Class 1A Div. I: Spearville
  • Class 1A Div. II: Hanover
