Last week, Wellington Water Distribution crews worked diligently to repair ten water main breaks throughout the community. Temperature fluctuations can cause ground movement which can break metal or cast iron pipelines. Additional factors such as the age of the water mains can also contribute to these issues. The City appreciates the community’s patience and understanding as crews work to maintain and repair essential infrastructure to ensure reliable water service. Photo submitted
