WHS Sophomore Easton Newberry has been awarded the Cooperative Youth Leadership Camp scholarship from Sumner-Cowley Electric Cooperative (SCEC). He will attend the camp in Steamboat Springs, where he’ll have the opportunity to refine his speaking and leadership skills while engaging with students from electric cooperative communities in Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Wyoming.
